Started exercise weight/cardio for 45 minutes/5 days per week - gained 5 pounds in 4 weeks? What?
Started working out (finally). Very discouraging. Gained weight! 5 pounds in 4 weeks! Gained another pound by week 7. Lost no inches. I'm doing 45 minutes per day of cardio and weight and see no results. I was better off doing nothing. Any suggestions?
