Q: Plz take me seriously

You might not take me seriously but I hate the way I look. I wear baggy clothes and I feel fat. When people look at me they see a skinny person. I am almost 26, Female, I weigh 112 pounds and I am 5.5. I know the number looks ok but I am not ok with it. I want to weigh 104 pounds.

I am not satisfied, I hate my legs, basically my lower body. I want to lose more weight, I am exercising on the treadmill (interval training for 40 min) 3-5 times a week. I am becoming obssessed with calories and I am annoying everyone around me.

What should I do? I dont even know how many calories I should have.

I am taking you seriously and trust me when i say - your concern with "weighing less" is a sign or symptom of something a bit more serious than "just being thinner."  Though your typical examples of celebrities and models with unreasonably unatainable bodies can often spur someone to want to be slimmer than is healthy - I would tell you that the current weight you are at puts you at a very healthy BMI.  I'd talk to someone about your issues - wwearing baggy clothes - feeling fat - because based on your numbers - it's concerning.  You are "slim" and to "want to be slimmer" and to feel the way you feel, could put you on a dangerous journey.

Your weight is right according to a nutritionist I know that I asked this to. Instead of worrying so much about your calories you should try some toning exercies for the areas that you are concerned about. This way you gain muscle tone. Jorge Cruise has some wonderful books on toning and shaping. I am currently working on my weight loss goals and am doing it the healthy way through exercise and diet but I also use very good supplements so you might consider a good vitamin also. I use the Isotonix Acai. Please do not hate the way you look though. You need to love  yourself for who you are now even with the flaws that you see. Obsessing is stressful and unhealthy. Please do not hesitate to talk to a professional in your area. Alot of time trainers and such will give free consultations if you ask!! Be safe and healthy
