Q: I am 13 and I weight 123 and I am 5 foot, how can I get skinnier?

Well, I think I am fat, and I want to lose 10 pounds. How will I be able to do that? I want to lose weight ASAP and I have been eating vegtibles everyday. Spinach, lettuce, salary, and more. Why am I not losing weight? I job 20 minutes everday, and do 200 jump ropes before I go to sleep. Why am I not losing weight?

Every Body respones differently. Eating habits are important but if your eating twice as many vegie portions than normal food, the weight isnt going to come off. Don't starve yourself, but take slightly smaller portions.

As for excersie try getting involved in sports. Dont quit excersising. Drink plenty of water befroe and after. Try not to eat right before or after also. This will keep the excersise "pure" meaning that it will burn exsisting fat instead of what you just ate. Eating after excersise is also bad because the digestive system is tired as is the rest of yiour body causing what you eat to settle.
