I need to get skinny for my yearly trip to Raging Waters.
I am quite large rite now so just please help me with somw tips.
Cardio!!! I lost over a 100lbs about 2 years ago and my number one tool was the elliptical machine. Low impact for your knees and burns tons of calories, depending on how long you are on it. Also, I ate 5 small meals a day. 3 meals and two snacks. So I woke up and ate breakfast ( experts are right, DO NOT SKIP THIS MEAL!), then 10am snack, 12:30pm lunch, 3pm snack and 6pm dinner. I like working out in the evening after work around 4pm. Hope that helps!
what is i dont have a ellipical machine. and dnt go to the gym. and just has a room to work out in. cuz i cant go outside cuz of people that we dont trust that live near us.
