I am having painful menstrual cramps but very light flow which last only three days. This has been going on for a few years. I am 20.
I hope you are doing well. I am not a doctor and can't diagnose you. That being said, Motrin or ibuprofen in higher than usual doses (800 mgs to 1000 mgs for just one or two doses 4-6 hrs apart) right as your period and cramps start helps some women, but always check with your gynecologist or doctor. Birth control pills also seems to help some women.
