For 7 days, I significantly reduced my daily calories from about 2600 to 1300. I excercised an average of an hour each day - running, swimming, biking. Why has my weight only fluctuated between 2 pounds - 140.4, 138.8, 138.2, 139.0, 138.4, 139.2, 138.2?????? I have had to dig deep when completing workouts and do feel the lack of energy. I have also been careful to take an iron supplement and eat carbs and proteins with lower fat. I also have drank about 6-7 diet pops per day. I'm female, 5'6.5" with a medium, semi-athletic build. If you can offer some insight, I'd appreciate it!
