Are you refering to your LDL or HDL or total cholesterol or what??The number make no sense - normal choleterol is under 200 with an HDL of 60 and an LDL preferably below 100 -lower if you have cardiac disease. The label on the product should tell you the serving size and the amount of fat, chol, sodium, etc. - every label is required to offer a nutrition breakdown.  Your daily cholesterol intake from food should be around 300 mgs but understand that saturated fat (any fat in dairy or animal products) contributes to this.  I'd get your doctor to evaluate a couple of day's worth of your food journal (keep a log of 3 days worth of eating - write everything down) and let him see what foods hould be substituted or replaced.
