I'm not a health expert, but last year I lost lots of weight over a long duration. I have fat thighs and my lower calves are also haevy. Try lots and lots of walking, walk briskly, not slowly. Also, loads of cylcling. It will help. I have loose skin around my legs as well. But I found my stomach tightening first, then my legs, it's a slowish process, well for me that is, I don't know about you. And try loads of smoothies, like dates, bananas, almonds in milk shakes, avoid starch, not totally. And just persist in what you do. Don't give up. Try swimming also. It helps. I hope this will help you. Best of luck.
