Q: How to gain weight properly

I am 24yr old female, 5'4" tall and weight about 115lbs. I've always been small no matter how much I eat (in my opinion).

What do you suggest I do to gain more lbs in a healthy way?

If I were you, I would add more food to my meals. If your eating cereal, add a banana. If your eating a cheese & meat sandwhich, add an extra piece of cheese. Add simple but healthy items to your meals and I think that will help you gain a couple pounds
