I am wanting to start a new diet or to loose weight rather but i have very little motivation. I am in nursing school  fulltime so everything is rushed and I have to take alot of time in front of the computer or studying. I used to have a "real" life but now i find myself just wanting to sit around even when I do have a little bit of time. I dont know  if my weight gain has caused me to be this way but I want to do something in my mind about it but it never goes beyond that(my mind) Help

The diet that is best for you is the one that works for you.  That being said,a balanced diet of about 1500 calories is a good start.  Choose whole grains, fat free dairy, lean proteins (sometimes plant and fish based as opposed to meat based), small servings of healthy fats, fruits and veggies.  if you are studying the nursing field then you have to know how important it is to fit in exercise.  Your patients will be looking to you for guidance - and as a role model.  take a 30 minute break daily and walk or buy some DVD workouts you can do at home - or get FitTV and idn some programs you like.
