Well, for starters, you ARE ONLY 11 years old. So losing 30 pounds in 4 months may be a little unlhealthy for you. Take it easy at first. Maybe aim for 15-20 pounds in 4 months. You've got your entire life ahead of you, being only 11, to lose the excess weight. Just eat healthy and stay active. Try to stay away from the "junk food" aka McDonalds. And if there's nothing around, just go outside and run. Ask one of your parents or siblings if you have them to go with you. Play tag or just dribble the basketball around. But dont starve yourself. That will shut down your metabolism and then when you start to eat again you'll gain all that weight back plus some. Hope that helped a little bit :)
