Q: Am I eating enough? Why am I not losing weight?

I am a 25 year old female 5'10" weighing 168 lbs. I would like to lose 10 more lbs. I spin for 45 minutes to an hour 4 days a week and strength train for 2 -3 days per week. I lost 5 lbs my first week but I havent lost any weight since. My clothes are fitting differently and I can see my body changing but no weight loss. I dont know if I am eating enough during the day. I usually have healthy cereal and a banana for breakfast; turkey on whole wheat for lunch and then usually fish and veggies for dinner. If it is a gym night I have pasta before I work out. Please help! Thank you

Sounds like you are doing everything right though I'd add some fruit (2 servings) and maybe a dinner salad at lunch or dinner and even a small serving or two of healthy fat (because you do need this as well).  that would make it a really balanced diet.  Because you are seeing "measurement" changes I'd ask you to be patient - the weight should come off based on your exercise efforts and disciplined eating - I'd maybe add a weekend walk and make sure that on weekends you are not eating more (which many of us tend to do).  Try substituting egg whites once or twice a week in lieu of the turkey (and/or maybe try beans as a vegetarian source of protein once a week).  Sometimes varying your food sources helps.  Realize that the weight training may be building muscle which will "muck the scale up a bit" but which will ultimately help you to get the sleek and lean look you seem to desire.
