Am I eating enough? Why am I not losing weight?

I am a 25 year old female 5'10" weighing 168 lbs. I would like to lose 10 more lbs. I spin for 45 minutes to an hour 4 days a week and strength train for 2 -3 days per week. I lost 5 lbs my first week but I havent lost any weight since. My clothes are fitting differently and I can see my body…
