Q: 3 small square meals or 3 small square meals with a couple of snacks in between?

When you are predisone for an indefenite amount of time, is it better for weight loss to eat 3 small square meals only or is it better to eat 3 small meals with a couple of snacks in between?  Can you please email me at renubasile@yahoo.com?  Thank you so much.

It is better for your metabolism (WHILE exercising) To eat a healthy snack in between meals. Apples are filliing, a good protien bar is great too! Or even a good protien shake. I work at a Curves for Women facility...and I have talked about this metabolism a few times with the girls. If you're going hungry it lowers or slows down your metabolism and you may become tired. Also....Curves is a great place to work out! Go 4 it! Laughing
