Hello Vijay,   sorry your question is not fully formed and it is difficult to know what you are asking. If you want to know good exercises for your upper body that you can do in your own home... you might try pushups, situps, chinups. Remember you can lift anything. Just because a weight is labeled a weight doesnt mean it is the only thing out there that wieghs alot and you could use as a weight. With some creativity you might find you have a whole gym in your home just waiting for you to use. I hope this was helpful, Sorry about the delay
