Q: How many calories can I eat and burn to lose 30 lbs in 3-4 months?

I presently weigh 170 lbs. I'm a 52 y/o female and exercise 3-4 times/wk, usually the eliptical at 120-130 strides/min, burning 200-300 cal. each time. Thanks so much.
