Q: 28 and can not acheive "6-Pack"

I'm 28.  I run at least 5 days a week.  For 30 mins. then walk 15 min as cool down.  Then follow with Ab workout at home.  Why can't i achieve a "6-pack" when I eat all the recomended foods.

Most people cannot. Every one has abs but they are covered by fat unless you really have VERY little
