I am 54, weight is 149, 5' 2" tall and my BMI is 27. We eat heathy but do eat bread and white rice. We use mainly olive oil for cooking and grill out meats most of the time. We have reduced our snacking at night from a lot to very little. I am looking for an appetite suppressant and a good meal plan for me and my husband who is overweight as well. Any advise is appreciated.
