Q: i want to increase my weight

im 24 yearz old and my hight is 5.9".

and my weight is 67KG.

i want to increase my weight to 75.

how can i do this and howz possible for me?

Hi Mr MAK

Eat my brother, Eat!  You've gotta eat more than you are right now but not just junk food but lean protein, whole grains, healthy fats and fish just a lot more of it.   Click here to use the calorie calculator to estimate the number of daily calories your body needs to gain weight  You might need to ramp it up to 4000 calories but word of caution, just don't eat and sit on your behind, work hard so that food does not become fat.  You need to strength train like you are auditioning for the movie 300, also steady cardio for 45 mins 2-3 days per week will help you get ripped.

  you are in under weight. So for increasing your weight you should take some serious dieting in time to time. first you need to sleep 8 hours daily in night.second have sex two or three times in a week. when you wakeup in the morning do some yoga and go for morning and evening walk minimum 2km. Take some healthy food in morning bearkfast like badam,bread,chana. and take your lunch after 1 O'clock.Take green vegitable,, don't eat spicy food and and salty food. take water after 15 minut of eatting. ok all the best you just follow my all instruction regularly.and watch drastic changes on your health with increase weight within one week.

my dear u should eat at time when u r hungry,eat natural food ,digestive food i.e.orrange.after mealing u should eat some sweat food,eat so,so can u eat.u will increase your weight

you have hight of 5.3 witch is normal hight and your weight is 48kg that is not perfact.I min you are in under weight. timely take food, as mean break fast,lunch and dinner, at night before the bed take junk food and banana with milk
