Q: how much is a healthy weight for me

I am about 5'4 and i am 21. i have been working out alot and eating healty i have lost 13 pounds but when i do the BMI calculater it still tells me i am overweight. how much does a healthy person weight with my age and height and how much more do i need to lose i am currently about 146 depending on the scale i use. thanks

Here's the thing. As an average guess, you are still a little overweight but everyones different. It may be the right weight for you.
