how can i get fit without losing too much weight?
I'm 5'10" & weigh about 150 lbs. I don't want to lose weight so much, but i want to be more in shape. my thighs & tummy need some work. I started to run & do sit ups but i wanted to see if there was anything more i should be doing.

Yes there is lots you can do. First choose a healthy diet (this doesnt mean to lose weight, just to get all the proper nutrients). A healthy diet will make you feel better all day long. Drink lots of water: very important! Also you can try doing pilates or yoga or lifting weights. If you dont have the weight to lose and you are eating properly, you wont lose weight. and in fact the fat may disappear while you gain muscle and your weight will stay the same.
