I would not recommend losing that much weight at all at your age no matter how fast or slow you do it. How tall are you??

If you are 5'4 and 137 you shouldn't be loosing 30lbs! 100lbs for 5'4 is NOT healthy. I would definately NOT recommend losing 30lbs in less than a month. I would say losing 10lbs in a month is better. Most nutritionist recomment a weight loss of 1-2 lbs a week. I would recommend cardio 5x a week and weights 3x a week and a healthy diet.

I'm with Lulu on this one.  100 lbs is definitely not a healthy weight for you.  Ideally, a person who is consciously trying to lose weight, should only lose 2 lbs per week.  That is 8 lbs per month, certainly no where near 30 lbs.  Remember, weight loss should be part of a greater and healthy lifestyle change.  Not any kind of starvation diet and extreme exercise plan that will end up backfiring in the end.

What kind of activities are you interested in that could get you moving and active?
