i want to know the safest time to have sex.
is it before menstration or after menstration?

Hi Nerylan, always play it safe, best to use either a male or female condom. I think what you might be referring to is part of "Natural Family Planning" read the wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhythm_Method
Usually a week before or after/during your period is considered safe.
