Is a regular multivitamin like Centrum good enough for a daily multivitamine?

Topics:best multivitamine

I am a 52 year old woman, in menopause. I see so many packets, combinations, targeted for menopause type vitamins. They can really get expensive. I like the Centrum vitamins but friends keep telling me I should take the more expensive. I am very active, healthy and do not have any allergies to anything. Thank you.
