Q: I recently lost 50 lbs, but now am stuck and can't seem to lose anymore.

I'm 49 years old and recently lost 50lbs, but can't seem to get past this.  I currently weigh 209 pounds.  I'm 5'9" male.  I watch what I eat, workout at least 5 days a week which includes 35 minutes of aerobic usually on the elliptical and 45 minutes afterward of weight lifting.  I feel great, however would like to get to 185.  What can I do to get past this sticking point?
