Q: Should I exercise with a chest cold and try to push through?

Hello Rocki,

 

That is a tough decision, but resting during a cold is important also.  If you are too sick to exercise, then possibly one or two days could be a rest period for you.

 

It's tought on the body when your body is not 100%; and it could make you more tired, and it may prolong your cold.
