my neck itches like crazy everytime i run and i have been running my entire life but this symptom just popped up. It's rediculous looking and my neck gets a huge itchey rash on it that hurts so bad that i have to go to the bathroom and wash it off. I haven't changed anything in my rutein so this is really freaking me out. HELP!
