I exercise 2hours a day and eat only slalds and fruit. Yet im not losing weight, Why?

Whenn i exercise my heart rate is at 150 to 165 and i exercise 6 days a week. I don't eat full fat anything and am constantly watching what i eat. I usually eat fruit for breakfast, salad (no cheese no dressing) for lunch, apple for a snack and for dinner usually salad with chicken or egg whites.
