Q: What is a good way to start exercising without being too hard, making you give up straight away?

I want to get in better shape, but I need to start slow so its not so hard that I give up before the exercise has had any real effect. Is there a good set of starting excercises? I am fit enough to walk long distances but any strenuous excercise I can't do for long at all.

Leslie Sansone has put together some good routines on her "Walk Away the Pounds" available on DVD.  You can find them on her website www.walkawaythepounds.com or go to www.lesliesansone.com  Hope this helps! Smile
