Hi Shie'ree,

I don't blame you for being frustrated.  I want to give you a couple things to think about.

1.  How hard are you working out?  Two hours a day is great, but is your heart rate staying within the target zone to burn calories?

2.  Are you lifting weights?  I recommend including both cardio and strength training.  The cardio will burn the calories ASAP, while the strength training will build muscle mass and boost your metabolism.

3.  Are you eating a healthy diet?  Your calorie level is not too high nor too low, but are you eating the right foods and drinking plenty of water?  At least three servings of low-fat dairy everyday promotes weight loss and a high fiber diet is beneficial.  So, re-assess the foods you are choosing.

4.  Have you changed up your routine?  If you're only doing the treadmill, your muscles can get quite good at doing what you want them to and burn the fewest calories possible.  That's why cross training is good, throw your system off track!  Definitely helps if you switch up your routine with activities your body isn't use to.

All the best,

perhaps you need to raise the level of your intensity in the workouts. Try adding workouts that require you to raise your adrenaline such as sprinting.
