Q: I have cirrhosis of the liver and I have to avoid animal fats and alcohol. What can I eat?

Fruits, vegetables, beans and legumes, fish, soy products, egg whites, small servings of nuts, fat free dairy products, whole grain/high fiber cereals/pasta.
