hi Bcarter,

Eat my brother, Eat!  You've gotta eat more than you are right now but not just junk food but lean protein, whole grains, healthy fats and fish just more of it.   Click here to use the calorie calculator to estimate the number of daily calories your body needs to gain weight  You might need to ramp it up to 4000 calories but word of caution, just don't eat and sit on your behind, work hard so that food does not become fat.  You need to strength train like you are auditioning for the movie 300, also steady cardio for 45 mins 2-3 days per week will help you get ripped.
