Q: how to reduce breast size

hello

i have very big breast .i m 26 yrs old unmarried.i m 60kg n my other body parts r not very much obese but boops are very big n bulky.they r loose too. plz tell any exercise to reduce breast size without surgery.also i have thyroid problem.so intake of any pills will have any adverse effect. i heard about trima and alexia tablets as remedy of this prob.do they hae adverse effects.plz reply

Breast tissue is largely adipose or fat.  There is an amount of glandular tissue, relevant for lactation, but largely breasts are composed of fat.  Breast size is governed  by body weight fat proportions, gravity and also by genetics.  If your Mum had big boobs when she was thin it is likely that you will too.  However, if you are desperate to reduce your breast size, you will definitely see a reduction if you reduce weight SENSIBLY.  Remember that as breasts are largely composed of fat crash dieting may severely damage the shape of your breasts, making them droop or leaving them looking like a tennis ball in a sock (something that often happens when all the fat is depleted leaving the skin and glandular tissue).

Please don't be disheartened.  If the worst comes to the worst, there are excellent supportive bras (and not all of them look as if they were designed to supplement support onthe Golden Gate Bridge) and as a very last resort - surgery (not for everyone, I know).

I am 27 years old just,I am married two years back planning to have a baby right now.Now I want to know some exercise which will help me to reduce my breast size,my hip size and my stomach also I willnot able to join the gym as i am working I want to know some exercise which I will done at home to reduce myself.My height is 5'inch and my weight is 68 kg's kindly reply what kind of diet I will take and exercise also.

hey you can try cardio exercise , pushups and pull ups , or best use dumbles daily 3 times 10 - 20 sets each arm....will efinately help and also ( if yu are non veg) reduse on chicken and fatty foods...and also you can use breast firmiling oil from vlcc. ol and exercise will 100% help. ive tried it too...my breast size was 34...redued to 28.

use harvel oil. It is littlebit salty but very usefull and easy to reduce. You have to use 90 days.....you will get your smaller breast.

Hello,

Please don't be upset if u wanna really to reduce u r size do two things

1. Please do ups on down excecise which u sholud asume that u r total body weight should comes on u r breast, do 20-25times daily gradually it reduces.

2.Don't ask u r hubby or B'friend to press u r bobbs if it increases gradually.

s women age, especially after pregnancies and increasing obesity, breast tissue and skin can become less elastic, losing form and shape. Although many women subscribe to the use of support or even push-up bras, the net results can be limited, if at all. Short of going under the scalpel, are there physical training ways that women can use to increase “perkiness” even with age? As physical and lifestyle coaches, we recommend these resistance exercises (in this order):

1) Inclined flyes. 

Most people (men and women alike) do not do enough of upper chest (clavicular portion of the pectoralis major or chest muscles) exercises. And many do not do the exercise in the right form. Start with holding dumbbells facing each other on top of your face. Do NOT lock your elbows. Lower the weights slowly in about 5 seconds, where at the bottom of the motion your arms should not lock out, but bend them slightly, as you breathe in through your nose slowly. Get a good stretch at the bottom of the motion, and hold about 2 seconds. Then bring the dumbbells together and squeeze your chest muscles when the weights are at the top, while you breath out through your mouth. Do at least 3 sets of between 8 to 12 repetitions, until failure (where you can’t do anymore). Rest about 1 minute between each set. The recommended weight should be a weight you are comfortable with, but not so easy that you can do all 3 sets of exercise and still find it relaxing. Resistance training should have some “pain” to make gains.

2) Inclined press. 

Once you are done with 3 sets of inclined flyes, follow with the inclined press on a slightly inclined bench (not more than 30 degrees up). If you incline the bench too much, you end up working your shoulders instead. Hold a barbell with desired weights (offering sufficient resistance) wider than your shoulder width. Rest your feet squarely on the floor. Lift the barbell off the rack slowly while you inhale slowly and allow the barbell to descend slowly to your upper chest, and touch the bar on your chest lightly, and then hold for 2 seconds. Then push the bar upwards and exhale through your mouth. Do not lock your elbows. Do at least 3 sets of between 8 to 12 repetitions, until. Rest about 1 minute between each set.

3) Pull-over. 

This is a great exercise for expanding the musculature around the chest, including the serratus muscle (at the side of your rib cage). Lie across perpendicularly on a bench where only the upper part of your back and your shoulders are touching the bench, and your legs are bent and your feet planted squarely on the floor. Hold a dumbbell with both hands above you and arms bent (not locked at the elbows). Breathe in slowly as you lower the weight behind you as much as you are comfortable, and then bring the weight back above you as your breathe out. Repeat for 3 sets of between 6 to 10 repetitions, until failure. Rest about 1 minute between each set. This exercise has the advantage of giving a wider rib cage if you do it properly over time, and will give you a more hour-glass physique (since many Asian women have larger bottoms).

well it's not too easy to reduce breast size but not impossible...if  you follow regular diet,exercise and some breathing exercise..it will definitely help you out..

just remember one thing..don't go for any instant solution like surgerys..because fat and obesity,,it's the by product of your irregularities in diet and due to lack of exercise  or it might be genetic,,,,so just try to reduce it naturally..if you will succeed in reducing weight then by itself your b..size will also be reduced.....all the best

lol Its funny how some  are advertising the marital status right after telling us about their enormous boobs and then have the gall to yell pervert. Why would you just randomly announce that if you were not looking for some kind of attention? I'm not excusing him but please don't play that you are so innocent.

 

On to solutions. I think excercise and watching your diet is probably your best bet if the problem is weight related. I saw someone talking about some kind of salty oil  ( really doubt he's talking  about oil but t'll leave that one alone)  but isn't salt something they always tell you to avoid eating too much of because it makes you retain water and will cause you bloating? If I'm wrong on that you may correct me but thats something I've heard of for years.

Don't waste your money on Trima or Alexa.  Breast reducing pills won't work.

Surgery is the only way to reduce breast size.

The main thing which will help you reduce your breast size is exercise.

I know its kinda too boring to hear, but that is the fact. Since you are below 30, you can first try out yoga classes. I assure you, 60 days of yoga will have a miraculous effect on your body.

Cardio workouts are the best and natural way of losing fat from the breasts. These are also good as warm up exercises before you get down to performing the real ones.

You can do either 20 minutes of jogging, 30 minutes of brisk walking or even perform aerobics for 25 minutes. You also want to consider the facts that women may see an increase in breast size when on a menstrual cycle, taking birth control pills (especially Yasmin) and when pregnant.

Do five to six sets of push ups every alternate day. Performing push ups will not only help reduce your breasts size but will also prevent them from sagging due to sudden loss of adipose tissues.If you want start with low weights first and slowly graduate to heavier ones.
Do little things around the house to increase your level of everyday activity. You can even do exercises at home like skipping and hooplas, it will help reduce breast size.
