what exercise can I do to get rid of my fat on my lower abdomen?
You cannot burn fat from any one specific location on the body. Instead, if you need to get energy from fat (ie. you are exersizing a lot and eating well) your body decides where to burn the fat from. You have no choice in the matter and you might lose weight off of part of your body that is already thin but there is nothing you can do about it.

There is no "ONE" exercise for just getting rid of your middle, You can't "Spot" reduce. You have to exercise everyday for total fat loss all over but people who do aerobic exercises daily for at least 30 minutes will find better weight loss around the middle and WALKING tends to be the easiest to get the weight off and keeping it off than any other, for fat loss around the middle, and everywhere else on the body. 30 minutes a day and watching what you put in your mouth.... nothing could be more simple.....
