I am a post-menopausal 56 year old woman. I exercise for an hour 5-6 times per week, cross train, do strength training several times per week. My diet is varied and healthy. I count calories and fat grams but still no luck. I have no health problems and check out great at my annual check-ups. I've even used a fitness coach to get ideas for boosting my metabolism and set up a training program geared for my situation. My muscle mass is high but my fat is too, which is mostly at my waist now as I've aged. Any suggestions?
