Why doesn't weight loss work for the older crowd. I do all of the right things but no fat loss!

I am a post-menopausal 56 year old woman. I exercise for an hour 5-6 times per week, cross train, do strength training several times per week.  My diet is varied and healthy. I count calories and fat grams but still no luck. I have no health problems and check out great at my...
