Assuming you are following a safe diet plan, you are probably not losing weight because your muscles are getting larger. Don't worry, what you are experiencing is normal and you should just keep it up. Remember, if you stop now, there is zero chance that you will lose weight whereas if you keep it up, you at least have some chance of losing the weight that you would like to lose.

Yeah I have kept it up for a while now, but I still haven't lost any weight. I slowed down the weight training and upped the cardio. I saw a doctor and he told me to take in more calories, and I have been. Healthy foods of course. I still haven't lost anything at all. I don't know what to do now. I'm deeply depressed and getting so tired. I feel helpless. I've tried so many different things and nothing will work. What do I do now? :/

Your body is at the weight it wants to be. Just keep exersising and eating well; thats all you can do. Please, don't be depressed.
