Category:salty taste in mouth

I just moved to Fl. & have had a salty taste in my mouth for two weeks, I do not eat salt, whats up

Just moved to Fl about two three months ago and although I do not use a lot of salt on my food, have had a salty taste in my mouth, very salty.  Even when I am eating something sweat, like chewing gum.  The salty taste can last for hours at a time.  I am drinking lots of water here, but have not always drunk  a lot of water and I thought I might be cleaning out my body, with the extra water intake.

This is so normal...I live on the ocean in Georgia above Jacksonville.  It is the salt air...and you will get over the sensation soon.

Good luck.  YOu could be living in the flood zones.  Be happy you are in FLORIDA   YAY
