I am over 100 pds over weight and I have many health conditions.  I have psoriatic arthritis and am on remicade.  I cannot exercise like other people and the two jobs I work are on my feet all day.  I have tried many different diets and I don't eat very much at the time.  I do eat some sweets but not in excess.  I want to know how I can lose weight and if I need to have gastric bypass and if so how do I get the ball rolling?

Hi

I lost 50 in three months with Lighterlife then went on to a low carb high protein diet ad am aiming to lose another 50 lobs by Xmas.

For someone like me that just loves my food I found it the only way (apar fro a gastric band!)

Good Luck
