how many grams of sugur should you eat from natural sources, such as fruit?

My answer would be more in terms of how many servings of fruits/vegetables should you have daily.  Up to 4 fruits, 5 vegetable servings daily is appropriate.

 

Just to give you a "tidbit' - 1 pound of carrots has 3 teaspoons of sugar BUT the sugarin this case does enter your bloodstream a bit quickly, meaning it has a high glycemic load.  On the other hand, since it is only 3 teaspoons of sugar - the glycemic load which factors speed of sugar entry and how much sugar is actually low.

 

When it comes to fruit ane veggies - the natural sugar is tempered by fiber -
