I do aerobics twice per weak, and I lift weights twice per weak. I am losing weight, but I am not firming up my body. I eat enough protein. What am I not doing?

Hello Marva,
First is your diet a healthy one? Also how long have you been on the exercise routine? if youve only been doing it a short time then a little weight loss is all you can expect. Exercise can take many months or years to have a full life changing effect on people. Dont worry about it. take your time and exercise on a regular basis and things will start to work in your favor eventually.
sorry about the delay
