Should I be worried? Glucose & EGFR results

Hi, I recently had a huge amount of blood work completed and my results are in. Everything in my CBC, Hemoglobinopathy came back great - but my Metobalic testing shows that my Glucose is 104 which was high and my EGFR was 58 L. This is how it was listed: UREA...
