Is it really possible to lose 3-4 pounds a week?
I'm a 32 year old, 5'11", 255 lb female. I have cut my caloric intake to 1200 cal per day, and am exercising 60-80 minutes a day. ( I do a circuit like at Curves) and 1.5 miles on the treadmill (in 30 minutes). Is this enough for weightloss of 3-4 pounds per week?
