O.k, I think I need some help and advice here as I am getting frustrated....

I am trying to lose weight and it is frustrating me that I am not!!   I refuse to weigh myself. is this regime ok

I have been actively trying to improve my level of fitness and lose weight over the past 6 weeks. I weigh 112kg and am 5.7" - I am eating 1350 calories a day. My workout regime is slowly increasing, and I am currently doing 10 minutes fat burn on excercise bike, 20 minutes fat burn on tread mill and 5 minutes on eliptical machine. Building muscle and not losing fat

Is eating only Grilled Chicken everyday healthy?

I'm thinking about what type of diet I want to start, and I love grilled chicken.  So I came up with the idea of only eating grilled chicken.  Is this a healthy idea or what kind of diet can I start that includes mostly grilled chicken!
