40 + women

I'm 47, was extremely fit....had uterine surgery and have since gained 12 pounds, 2 inches and with all the workouts, sit ups, crunches, walk/run, and exercise I do and healthy eating, it doesn't seem to budge!!!!!...What is my next option????Please help!, Thanx, DD
