underweight

HI,iam 25 male 5.10 height weight is only 120 pounds small framei have no problems in health i rarely get sick but iam seriously underweighti eat a lot but i guess that is not enough and i do not work out. Kindly suggest how to increase weight what kind of food do i have to eat and at what ammount

Accountability?

I am in need of diet and exercise accountability.  In my pre-baby days, I was a faithful gym attender and healthy eater.  I worked out with my husband six days a week.  Now 10 years and three babies later, I find myself falling off the wagon time and again.  Is there a place I can share my daily eats and cheats?  Thanks
