kicking starting a plateau

Need some advice

I am currently only eating 1250 calories/day and I want to lose 15 more pounds.  I've read on numerous sites that eating less that 1200 calories/day is not nutritionally sound and can be dangerous.  So if a person has to decrease their daily caloric intake by 500 calories/day to lose weight, how will I ever lose the... Read moreChevron
