Tough Love in Action

Finding a way to encourage others to both understand and believe in a new point of view may not be enough to propel them into action. Individuals must actually care about what they believe if their belief is going to get them to change. - My goal is to get clients to care about and believe in themselves.  They are worth it!

I Am going to college right now but I excercise for 60 minutes a day about five to six days a week. I am on the computer at night and sometimes during the day but I also do house chores and sometimes go for walks.
