Yam (sweet potatoe)

1/2 tsp of sugar on a slice of bread with peanut butter

please help me...my 9 yr old likes to have a slice of bread with a tablespoon of peanut butter (no butter) and then sprinkles a half teaspoon of sugar on it...she then folds it and eats it.  this is something she really enjoys and she will only have one.  she does not like jam and likes jam and peanut butter even less.  is this ok... Read moreChevron

Obese Man Needs Help!

Refusing most food

When a 12 year old refuses to eat most food, how does one get him to relent to increasing what he'll eat?  There is about 15 things that he will eat; the only meat being chicken nuggets.  He has been like this for years.
