gaining weight

I am a 20year old male and im 6"6 tall and i weigh 180lbs. I need to gain weight and i want to know how i can do it healthy instead of eating mcdonalds and burger king all day. Is there a specific diet plan you can give me to gain weight.

Trying to diet with severe food allergies

I am trying to figure out how to start a diet to lose weight. I am very overweight and I keep gaining weight due to the fact that my allergies are out of control and my dose of daily prednisone has been increased yet again. I try to work out most days.
