Cycling and windtrainers for weight loss
I have recently purchased a bike and wind trainer with the aim of loosing some weight - i have been going OK with it but im a bit lost in terms of how far (distance) or long (time wise) i should be riding for.. can you give me some guidance with the aims i should have?

Gymnastics
I am a 20 yr old female that was in gymnastics for 10 years. I have developed the biggest thighs (containing muscle). I have never been able to get rid of them. I just want straight fit thighs not huge thighs. What can I do to minimize them. Please help!! Thank you.

starting a diet
I am starting a new diet.I've never been very good at sticking to diets.I mean I don't wanna get super thin,but I think it would be best if I lost a couple of pounds so that I don't have to worry about any future health problems.
