Type 2 diabetic education

Yesterday I was told that my fasting Blood Sugar is elevate. I was placed on Metformin, butwas not advised to see a Nutritionist.  I have been looking on the internet for the breakdown of carbs, protein, fats, etc. in a 1400 cal. diabetic diet.  Is there anyone that could give me this breakdown

Working Out in the Morning

If you can bear it, try to work out in the morning. Some people - like my colleague, Harry Lodge, just can't do it. Okay, but there are pluses. First, you're so much less likely to blow it off as your day gets crowded.
